How to add menu items like in a navbar to Service Portal Header?

I want to add menu items like shown below to my portal's header:

These are just examples, I want to add menu items like 'My incidents','My approvals' etc.

How to achieve this ?

service portal -> menu -> SP Header Menu

Add menu items there

Go to Main menu record

And add them in menu items in related list

I did like you said but nothing is getting reflected in portal:

Added this menu in my portal:

Test 1 theme and header are both a clone of Stock theme and SP header menu.

But, nothing is showing up in portal.

Why did you update the widget in Header Menu?, can you update that to "Header Menu"?
