How to add question(drop-down) on walk-up portal

Hi all,

I am now to the walk-up service portal and would like to understand the configuration changes to add new fields ( drop-down/string type) on the walk-up experience portal.

we have to add drop-down just below to location field.

 id : ?id=walkup_online_checkin

please help us know to understand the changes required are on portal side or record producer.

any help is really appreciated.
