How to add reminders for an incident

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for some help with adding reminders to an incident.

I congifured the related list and added the reminder into the list.When the time triggers and an email notification has been sent i just get an email with link to the incident but does nothing its just a blank screen i see.

Can somebody help.

If i click on the link it has to take me to the incident.
