How to add searchable dropdown in my form?

I want following type of dropdown in my form: 

But I don't see any field type which gives these type of selection in my form. I don't want reference field with look-up box. Is this even possible in scopped apps?

Create one choice field and then add the below attribute to your choice field. This is nothing but making choice field searchable.

is_searchable_choice=true
