Need to make field mandatory on Resolving of Incident

Hi,

My requirement is to make a custom field (u_risk_event_raised) mandatory when ever the state is set to 'Resolved' and Impact/Urgency IS NOT 4/Critical,High,Medium,Low and 3/Low.

We are not using Priority field on the form so it cannot be utilized.

I've tried UI policy and client script but it's not working. Can someone help here?

Other then 3 impact or urgency and also state is resolved then only tp field will make mandatory

Can you post some screenshot of client script and UI policy?

Attached.

In the UI policy please make condition as

State is resolved

Impact is not one of 

or

Urgengy is not one of
