Hi,

Why not use either of this in catalog item?

1) OOB paper clip icon

OR

2) Attachment type of variable

Attachment type variable will show Upload button

What's the harm in using that?

Inform your customer to stick to OOB instead of customization

What if you want to move  "Add attachments" to the left instead and want additional text added "Attachment(s) must be less than ... and must support file types: .pdf, .docx... How do I modify the OOB?  Thank you so much!
