How to add the Submit button to a catalog item

I have a Submit button   on catalog items Hardware Request, Permission Request, Application request form. But it is not on the Report request form from the portal view.   How do I add the Submit to this form from portal view?

I resolved my issue with the Submit button... Yeah ME!!!!!

On the catalog item table I had to set these columns to false:

No Cart

No Order

No order Now

No Proceed to checkout

And Now the SUBMIT button is there

I am trying to add a submit button on the catalog item as well.  I succeeded to hide the cart, but the submit is missing.  I tried what you wrote here which didn't work.  Any idea what else can resolve this?
