How to add the Submit button to a catalog item

I have a Submit button   on catalog items Hardware Request, Permission Request, Application request form. But it is not on the Report request form from the portal view.   How do I add the Submit to this form from portal view?

They have Desktop and Mobile, all of them.

It's interesting why it do not show submit button for one catalog item while you use same widget to display all other catalog items that show submit button.

To confirm this in a much better way can you do this and let me know what you observe

Open any catalog item that is working well like showing 'submit' button in portal. Then in that browser URL as shown below replace the last alphanumerical part with your "Report request" catalog item sys_id and hit enter.

I did everything you said and the Submit button is there...... I am confused

So what is the issue when I go directly to the Report form from the portal?

Hmm! then you must be using different widget/page for this specific catalog item. in order to confirm that,

for widget, Ctrl+Right click on your report request form and a working catalog item to check both name if they same like below

for page, check browser URL like below and confirm Report request form uses same id value in Url
