I have a Submit button on catalog items Hardware Request, Permission Request, Application request form. But it is not on the Report request form from the portal view. How do I add the Submit to this form from portal view?

I resolved my issue with the Submit button... Yeah ME!!!!!
On the catalog item table I had to set these columns to false:
No Cart
No Order
No order Now
No Proceed to checkout
And Now the SUBMIT button is there

The funny thing is , in dev the Report Form has the Save button. I moved the changes over in an update set.
