How to Add Variables to Old CSM cases.

Hi Community,

Is there a way to add newly created variable to all the old CSM cases?
we want to report out of this variable.
Could someone help.

No, not possible and not a good way to do. what values you will put and it is unnecessary create issue and data might not be correct.
