How to Add view filter to my requests widget on portal

Hi, 

Refer to below image

Here in the view tab, i want to add a new filter, like show only requests or show only incidents. How can i achieve this

Hi anuj,

Not sure if you can put a filter in the "View" section or not because that is something should not be alerted and keep OOTB as recommended .

However what you can try is Go to "My Request Filter" in filter navigator there you will see

All the tables that are configured by default.

Let say you want to configure INcident on INcident portal then to that record and select the appropriate 

page in that where you need to display those information, modifications on that you can do as per your requirement.
