Hello experts,

I want to add view workbench UI action button in normal incident form.(currently UI action button is available in only MIM module)

In my normal incident for I am having the below attributes

1.Major incident (select box)

2.Priority (dropdown)

now my requirement is if major incident is selected as true and Priority is High then View workbench button needs to visible for ITIL users ...

How to achieve this...?

Thanks in advance..

Best Regards,

Nani.

Hi @Nani18 ,

  • Just add your instance name in the link below & modify the condition as per your requirement
  • After doing this it should be visible on your normal incident form as well.

@Danish Bhairag2

Could you please help why a replica of existing UI action is required?

The OOB UI action is already present on form

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

Reason for a replica was to not impact the existing button & create a separate one with any changes required. As with the existing Button was not visible on the normal UI form.

Thanks,

Danish

@Danish Bhairag2

I could see the OOB button is present in normal view as well as per screenshot shared above.
