How to allow NON-ITIL users to have a Fulfiller View option in Employee Center Portal?

Hi everyone!

How can you make "Fulfiller View" option be available in Employee Center Portal for other roles? In our current setup, this functionality is only available for ITIL users. Where can I configure this?

If I am not wrong, switch view is not available in Portal. Please share some screen shot for reference.

What it does is it allows our ITIL users to switch from PORTAL VIEW to FULFILLER VIEW. We want this functionality to be available with other roles as well.

Yes , i tested this in my PDI, and it is not available. You need to check this menu code and make changes.
