How to apply User Criteria/HR Criteria in record producer?

Hello 

I can't find the HR Criteria field in Record Producer,

I want to know How to apply User Criteria/HR Criteria in record producer?

If HR Criteria is not evaluating, refer below knowledge article to resolve the issue

If HR Criteria is not available, make sure necessary plugins are enabled. Refer below articles

First check below system property is set to true.

If it's true you can see below tabs under record producer.

Click on Edit/New, and a new window to select/create user criteria will appear.

You apply HR criteria to HR artefacts. You might be looking for the HR criteria field on the HR service [sn_hr_core_service] to which you likely have associated your record producer.  From the HR criteria record you can also create a matching user criteria record that you can use as described in the other posts in this thread.
