Hello, I am currently preparing the implementation of SN Knowledge Management. Is it possible to archive an article? If an article has not been viewed for a year, for example, can it be archived? I didn't find anything in the documentation or the community. Except that I can send the article into retirement. But then the user can no longer find it when searching ?! And if it is not possible, how do I modify the retirement process in such a way that the article automatically disappears after one year ?
Thx for support.
BR, Peter

You can set article validity to one year (365 days) in your knowledge base.
All articles created by you in that knowledge base will be expired after 1 year. You can extend the valid_to date of an article if you want to view it again.
