How to auto approve a request (RITM) if the manager is raising the request on behalf of the user

Hi all,

Can anyone help me with the below query.

The Manager of the requester must approve. However, if filled by a manager for a user, then it is auto approved through flow designer.

OOTB Sub flow, Manager approval call, and in that if requested for .manager is same as manager , state approved = Approved.
