Read this :
In the scheduled reports, specify the type as excel (works only for list type of reports).

HI Sharik,
You cant merge them in one excel sheet although you can schedule a daily report which will be mailed to your manager every day and you can include several reports in one email.
You need to see
http://wiki.servicenow.com/index.php?title=Scheduling_and_Publishing_Reports#gsc.tab=0
and then you can use "include with" feature to club all reports in one email.
Please mark correct/helpful based on the impact of the response.
Thanks
Gaurav
