@Community Alums what you are referring that is adding users to watchlist. 

 

what I'm looking for is adding users to distribution list via service now.

What do you mean by Distribution List? Like an Outlook distribution list or a ServiceNow group?

@Mike_R @Sebas Di Loreto I'm trying to figure out how to use ServiceNow to add or remove users from the Outlook distribution list.

Please advise me on how to configure this if it is possible.

Ex: DL-ITSM-ServiceNow@servicenow.com
