How to capture field value updates in Activity Journal field.

Hi All,

I have one Business rule which updates the 2 fields on another form. 1st Field is of type choice & 2nd field is of type List. (glide_list). Whenever this fields got updated, This updates did not gets captured in activity journal field. How can I capture this updates in activity journal.
