How to change Caller text in the record information in the SOW

Hi all, Is there anyway to edit this Caller text in the record information in the Service Operation Workspace(SOW). I have tried in ui builder but it is still showing the Caller text.

Without UI builder can we do this?

I have tried this https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/service-operations-workspace-configuration/m-p/... but it is not working.
