How to change column colour with condition and column name

Hi teams,

my first time using a forum, so please let me know if I made a mistake.

I want to change something in this report, but I don't know how.

1. I want the column to change colour with the condition. For example, if the "Priority 3 resolution" column doesn't meet SLA, it must be red. If the SLA is met, the column turns green.

2. I want to change all column names without changing the SLA definition. For example, Priority 1 to Critical. I know I can change the SLA definition, but it will affect everything else (another dashboard, reports, etc).

Hi @ttat

1. I want the column to change colour with the condition. For example, if the "Priority 3 resolution" column doesn't meet SLA, it must be red. If the SLA is met, the column turns green.

Atul: NO, you can change the whole colour of the chart but not based on conditions.

2. I want to change all column names without changing the SLA definition—for example, Priority 1 to Critical. I can change the SLA definition, but it will affect everything else (another dashboard, reports, etc).

Atul: This is not possible as it is coming from the source only. You can make it bold but not rename it.
