How to change column defaults

Hello.

I think you may want to customize the columns of the incident table to return to the defaults, as shown below.
Is it possible to change the default settings themselves in the first place?
About the "Reset to column defaults" button in the 4th image
I want to change this column defaults itself.
I would like to know if there is a way to change it.

Hi @Maria Hoshi

Yes you can change default list layout and it will be affected globally.

To do change you will need "admin" role first of all then you will need to go to List Record which you need to edit, next right click on list header then select Configure->List Layout as per below screenshot. After that select the columns you want to add or remove from Available & Selected columns and when all done just click Save.

Hi,

You usually set the List view for the table by configuring the List Layout

Once as an admin you click Reset to column defaults it would change the list layout for all the users in the instance and it would be a global change
