how to change default view of form opening from virtual agent to service portal view of the form

client has requirement to change the view of form when opening in new window from the virtual agentScreenshot 2023-10-13 215459.png

 

by default form opens like this in new window after clinking from VA

but we need form to display form like the way other forms display on the service portal

how to achieve this. ? how to change the view of form opening from the virtual agent with the help of AI Search

The form if opening fine, if you notice the URL, i think its taking you to a different portal.
