How to change ShoppingHub Action button to redirect to Employee Center Home Taxonomy

Trying to figure out a way to change the action button from screenshot "Don't see what you need?" to redirect to Employee Center home taxonomy or home dashboard. 
it is currently redirecting to /esc?id=emp_taxonomy_topic&topic_id=
I want it to redirect to /esc

I am unable to perform this in UI builder and UX Page Registries table. 

Any suggestions?

Create a record in the Page route map(sp_page_route_map) table like following,
