How to change the default list, view/form?

I know we can create different lists and forms/views.

I am trying to understand how to link different form/views for different purposes.

For example:

1) I want to show a form other the default one (default_view) when the user clicks the "New" button on the related list

2) I want to redirect a user to a different form other the default one, after he submits a record producer

3) I want to use a different list in the related list (a user can personalize his list but by default I want to have one other than the default)

4) Also, I don't see "Edit" button on few related lists. How do I add the "Edit" button on the related list.

Appreciate your guidance/help!

Thanks

- Pa

#2 - this one should be easy. Go to the catalog item list view and find the record producer record. Press the widget in the upper left of the list view to edit the available fields, and add the 'view' field. Then quickly change the view of your given record to the view name that you want the user to see upon submitting the record producer.

#4 - this edit button can be enabled in the list control page. Right click the related list column header, and select the configure list controls option. From there there is a button to 'enable edit'.
