How to change the font color and theme color in san diego? What is the URL to open HR portal?

I have followed (88) Creating your own theme in Polaris (Next Experience) | LinkedIn, but need some more info on CSS scripting. where and what to change to update the theme color.

URL for Portal : https://<your instance name>.service-now.com/esc

To change the color and theme : Navigate to > Service Portal > Themes > look for either "EC Theme" if are are already on Employee Center.
