how to change the scope of an application

Can someone suggest me how to change the scope of an application to global..

I tried elevating the previlages but it dint work.

Hi Justin,

Use the application picker (available from the cog wheel icon on the far upper right) to go to "Global".

If you find yourself changing scopes often, consider adding the application picker to the header.

Hello Justin,

Please switch to the global scope from the application picker(option available near logout button). Refer section 3.3 for more info and screenshot.
