How to change the shopping cart

Hi Everyone,

I'd like to change the shopping cart in my form, right now it looks like this:

I'd like to remove everything except for the Submit button.   Ideally, I'd like to do this through a Catalog Client Script.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Yeah Rob, That's possible. I have mentioned the way also in the above thread how to do this for one Catalog Item. Please find the steps below:

1) Navigate to "Maintain Items" module under Service Catalog Application Menu and open the desired Catalog Items from which you want to remove these Options:

2) Add the highlighted field "Use Cart Layout" on your form if it is not present on the Maintain Item form by using Configure-->Form Layout as shown below:

3) Uncheck the Checkbox and then you will be able to see the fields like "No Order Now, No Quantity, No Proceed Checkout, No Cart". Check each one of them as required and Save your form as shown below:

If these above highlighted fields are not there on your form then add them using Configure-->Form Layout and then follow step Number 3. This will remove the buttons from only one Catalog Item not from All.

Apply the appropriate solution as per your need.

Hi Shloke,

I did add the Use Cart Layout to my form then unclicked to show 'No Order Now', 'No Quantity', 'No Proceed Checkout' options however they do not appear on the form...No options appear under the Use Cart Layout....

Can you please post a screenshot of the Form Layout, I mean the slushbucket screenshot where you have added the above mentioned fields?

Basically what we are trying to do is limit what the Item Ordering Widget shows, we really just want our users to see the Submit button only.

At this point, we really don't know how to include or exclude this widget from the form?   Should we re-create the form without this widget, if so how do we include just the submit button?   Or do we include the widget on the form and suppress everything except the submit button?   How and where do these widgets get included in the forms?

That's pretty much where we are?

Thank you again.
