How to change the showing value from a reference field

Hello everyone, I've an issue with this reference field. As you can see in the picture, when I choose a value from the reference field (ID PARENT), it shows the NAME value ( which is "short_description" where there's written Test Demo) but I want that it shows (in the ID Parent field) the ID INITIATIVE value (number, ID000XXXX).

How can I do it? thanks
