Hi All,

Is it possible to change the UI action button to dropdown menu in UI 16 screen and Agent workspace?

The 'Following' button contains a menu items and include the 'Unfollow' ,'Open Connect Mini','Open Connect Full'.

Can we change the button 'Make High priority' and 'Make Critical priority' in the same style as menu items?Becasue there are too many buttons in the toolbar will negatively impact the user experience.

Can anybody give me some suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your help.

My simplest suggestion would be to set the UI Actions as a "Form link" instead:

You could set the order so they are on top of one another and set the labels to something similar:

My next suggestion would be to allow certain users to edit the Priority field directly.  Can they do that already?  What else do the UI Actions do?

Dear Kieran,

Could you please provide more information to me?The link you provided didn't contain solutions how to resolve this issue.

I've try to use the keywords 'native ui banner' or 'custom menu' to find the solution, but till now didn't found the expected result.

Thanks in advance.

As the community posts, this is not possible. The functionality however is available in agent workspace.

Dear Kieran,

I'll try to find the solution for this issue, once finished I'll update in this post.

Thanks for your kindly support.

Best regards,

Alvin
