How to change this Property glide.banner.image.title" value in Tokyo

Hi All,

Not sure why, but when I am trying to update this property "glide.banner.image.title " it is not getting reflected in the Banner title.

I checked to see if this has anything to do with Polaris UI but I did not find any docs from ServiceNow on that.

Any help would be appreciated!

Have you cleared your browser cache?  Have you cleared the instance cache by going to cache.do?  If both of those do not work clear the current value and save it and then upload the new one.  We had to do this to fix our banner image after cloning over our sub-prod, but we still have one that will not load the right image.

Also you posted a link to your instance when you posted the system property name.  You may want to fix that.

Hi Drew,

It is working now after I updated 'glide.product.description' property instead of 'glide.banner.image.title'. Not sure if this is because of Now Experience UI. But I don't see that title changes being reflected anywhere

Do let me know if you know of any possible reason.
