How to check whether Partner status is available or not?

I am trying to avail the partnership benefits in the NOW platform like training, certification etc.,

 

I am working for a client who is using ServiceNow, and my client's ServiceNow Architect/Manager has recently changed.

 

The manager is not aware whether they hold the partner status or not, and is also not sure who the company admin is to approve it.

 

So, he has sent an email to the ServiceNow individual, but there is no timely response. Is there any way I can check directly from my end whether the partner status is there or not and who is the partner account admin?

Hi @anandsuresh - that's correct. If you get that result when doing a partner search it means the company is not a partner.

Checking Partner Status and Account Admin in ServiceNow Partner Portal

Overview

Access to partner benefits (training, certifications, enablement materials, etc.) is managed through the ServiceNow Partner Portal and controlled by Partner Account Administrators (PAAs).
If you’re unsure whether your company holds partner status or who the Partner Admin is, follow the steps below.

1. Check Partner Status
-----------------------
Visit: https://partnerlocator.servicenow.com/

Steps:
1. Search your company name.
2. If it appears, the company is a registered ServiceNow Partner (Sales, Services, or Build).
3. Note the Partner Level (e.g., Specialist, Premier, Elite).

If your company doesn’t appear, it’s not an active partner or the partnership has expired.

2. Identify the Partner Account Administrator (PAA)

The Partner Account Administrator manages partner-related access (Now Learning, training, vouchers, etc.).

Steps:
1. Go to https://partner.servicenow.com/
2. Log in with your company email domain.
3. Click Profile → Partner Access → Contact Admin (if visible).
- If access is pending, the Partner Admin’s name/email is often displayed.
4. If you can’t log in, use the “Need Help?” or “Contact Us” link to submit a support case.

You can also check via Now Learning (https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/😞
- Go to your profile → check if your organization is listed as “Partner.”
- If not, ask your Partner Admin to associate your email domain with the Partner account.

3. Escalation Path

If you can’t identify or contact your Partner Admin:

Send an email to: partner.support@servicenow.com
Include:
- Your company name and domain (e.g., @company.com)
- Your Now Learning email
- A brief note asking to identify your Partner Account Administrator

Partner Support will verify your affiliation and respond.
