I am trying to avail the partnership benefits in the NOW platform like training, certification etc.,
I am working for a client who is using ServiceNow, and my client's ServiceNow Architect/Manager has recently changed.
The manager is not aware whether they hold the partner status or not, and is also not sure who the company admin is to approve it.
So, he has sent an email to the ServiceNow individual, but there is no timely response. Is there any way I can check directly from my end whether the partner status is there or not and who is the partner account admin?

Hi @anandsuresh - that's correct. If you get that result when doing a partner search it means the company is not a partner.

Hi @anandsuresh,
I believe that there's at least one dedicated person in every organisation for this matter.
Can you access this?
https://partnerportal.service-now.com/
Try to ask your colleagues whether they can access it from this Portal you can see the other team members and a person with rights to manage can add you there.

I haven't registered on the site yet, but I would like to. However, it mentions that registration requires approval from a company admin. Unfortunately, I don't know who that is. I asked around internally, but no one seems to be aware of it either. We sent an email to a few people from ServiceNow, but the responses have been very delayed or nonexistent. I'm wondering if there's an easier way to find out who the company admin is so I can get their permission before I send the approval requests.

Try accessing partner portal and if you are able to access, it means your ID is registered as Partner account
https://partnerportal.service-now.com/
If you do not know who is your Company's ServiceNow Learning Administrator, reach out to Sales or Accounts team or ServiceNow representative who should be able to provide the details. If you are not able to get the details, try raising support case with Now Learning help center and see if they can help

If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.

Yes, we have sent an email to a couple of ServiceNow people but they are not responding easily. So, I was wondering if there is a way to find the company admin who would approve these requests directly from my end.
