How to choose a icon/picture from SN library instead of local computer?

When I want to add an icon or image to a Record Producer, the only option I see is to upload a file from my local computer.
Is there a way to use an image that’s already stored in the instance, like one from the db_image table?

Or do I really have to download the image first, just to upload it again? That doesn’t make much sense 😄

Hi @SimenKnudsen ,

I dont think Record Producer accept the icon form the images table. You have to download and update here.

As of now only option is to upload from computer. However that's a good idea and you can create an Idea Request with ServiceNow.

Nope

It only allows you to pick from local machine as it's attachment type variable
