Hi,
I have a field of type 'List' with predefined choices on my incident table.
Is there any way to give the user an option to choose multiple choices in one click?

not possible since it's not referring to any table but has it's own choices

Hello @Alon Grod
I agree with @Ankur Bawiskar
Since this field is not a reference field and instead contains predefined choices, there is unfortunately no out-of-the-box option to select multiple values in a single action. Users would need to select the choices individually.
If the field were a reference field (such as the Watch List field), users can add or remove multiple records at once using the icon highlighted below, which opens the slushbucket interface for multi-selection.
Hope this helps!
Thank You!

Hi @Alon Grod
You can configure your ServiceNow List field to act as a multi-select choice list.
But it will work when you will select reference table for it.
Adding choices to the List type field to choose multiple choices in one click is not supported feature.
