how to close the ritm once the sctask is opened via workflow? we will be working on the sctask and close the sctask but the ritm is still open.

Place this activity after the task creation activity and in "Set this values" field, select state is closed.

You can achieve this scenario using two methods:

1) From the workflow itself, once all the tasks are closed, you can add a 'setValue' activity, and in that, you can mark the RITM as closed.

2) Using a business rule, once the 'sc_task' is closed, you can check the status of all the tasks on an RITM and accordingly mark the RITM as closed.
