How to configure Admin home?

Hi,

I want to add a filter under this admin home -> "Review your work-> Assignments". I am not quite sure where to configure this. Could someone suggest me where I can configure this.

This is the main page appears when you login to your dashboard.

I don't see the option to create a new dashboard for Admin home that appears in the documentation
