Inbox Desktop Notification are not poping up on assigning interaction manually for walkup experience

When a user with sn_walkup.walkup_technician  roles is assigning interaction to an agent or agents are assigning interaction to themselves noting is coming up in Inbox Desktop Notification. For example an interaction is assigned to a agent by a user with the technician role it is showing in the "My Assigned WalkUps" but the same is not showing in the inbox but the inbox desktop notifications is switched on and the url is also added in the chrome notifications. User preferences workspace.notifications.chat.desktop  and workspace.notifications.inbox.desktop  are also set to true for that agent.  Can some one help please?
