How to configure Agent Assist on Workspace

Our team is trying to configure Agent Assist so that it pulls knowledge articles from specific knowledge bases:

Currently, that search is pulling articles from the OOTB Human Resources General Knowledge KB.  Our team created our own Table Configuration, along with our own Search context where we define which KB to pull articles from:

However, even after doing all that, the Agent Assist still isn't updating.  We think the Agent Assist is configured based on this OOTB Table Configuration record, but is there a reason why our custom Table Configuration to our specific HR Case table isn't working?
