Hi,
I have a requirement from client to customize search bar so that they can have the ability to search Incidents, Change Requests, etc. in Now mobile App.
Is it possible to configure it? I'm seeing some of the posts that it is an known error. Even I've tried a new record under search configurations->now mobile configuration. There isn't any use. When I search the things it isn't showing at all.
If anyone know how to configure this, please share with me. It will be very helpful.
