MS Teams Spoke in Flow Designer

We are creating a flow which triggers when an incident has been put on hold, we are using MS Teams spoke to send card via teams to the incident creator!
Is there any possibility we can check the status of the user, if he is available, away or OOO before sending the teams card through the flow?
