How to configure New button in workspace such that, when user clicks it should open google.com

I have a problem and I need help regarding same. I want to know, if user clicks on NEW button in the list view in Servicenow Workspace, it should open google.com (it could be any link). How to achieve this if this can be done in SNOW. Thanks in advance

Its not SNOW , its SN or ServiceNow.

2. You need to create a UI action 

3. Add that as declarative action 

4. In UI action need to code, to open a desired url like google you mentioned.
