Hi,
Can anyone guide me in configuring different views on service operations workspace depends on their teams.
For example, there are 3 teams named helpdesk, facility and IT. Here Helpdesk team should have one view of reports on Service operations workspace. And Facility team, IT team and rest all the users of the company should be able to view another separate view on workspace.
I have duplicated the variant and configured separate view but the problem I'm facing here is we have facility group and IT group so I have added them in user criteria. But I don't know how to make all the other users should also be able to see the same view. How to add the other users in user criteria?
Note: Only Helpdesk team will have separate view, where no one should be able to view that.
