Hello Friends,
How to create a Custom Event in User Experience Analytics. Also to modify a existing custom event I would like to know the steps.
Kindly help give a example for both of the use cases and it would be very helpful.

Hi
the support article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1121597 answers this question and even provides a video with the demo. But as this article is only available with a support portal login I have attached the video to this answer.

Thanks for your replies Maik. Have few questions further.
1. I navigate to the User experience and then dashboard.
2. We have list of dashboards as shown below.
3. I am taking the service-desk-help-desk dash board for this example. Is this built on using UI builder or some other way. How to go the actual page in the background.
4. In the right bottom I see Top Events. How do I add an new event if required. I think video helps give the background. But still trying to get more about this.
Thanks for all your replies so far.
