How to create a flow designer to send/reply email to inbound emails.

Hi All,

Firstly an email with multiple attachments will be sent to ServiceNow where it creates a record for each attachment. Once the record is updated with all the details, I need to send/reply an email with all details in single mail. 
Here I need each record (multiple attachments) details to be in a single email.

Please help me to resolve this problem.
