To create a new menu/menu items, go to Service Portal -> Menu. Click New
Create the Instance Menu and configure Menu Items (related list)
Then in your Portal Configurations, you can select your new menu

hello Mike,
Thanks for the reply!
I have created Menu and add to Header.
ex: Have My requests as menu item.
1. When click on My requests can redirect to submenus like i) Open requests and ii) Closed requests.
Can help to reach.
So User can see Open and Closed Requests.
How to reach this can help.
Thank s in Advance.
