Hi All,

I'm trying to create a hyperlink variable with HTML type in a catalog item but I'm facing an issue, while trying in portal it is not displaying as a hyperlink instead the whole box is visible there. Can anybody say what was wrong in that?

Hi Krika,

Not sure about the question. It seems like the variable name is "Application access request" and that's probably what is being displayed.

1. If the question is to show a hyperlink in the annotation, define the variable as below:

find_real_file.png

 Service Portal

find_real_file.png

2. If the goal is to show a hyperlink without a entry field, make the field type = "label".

find_real_file.png

This will just show a hyperlink in service portal.

Hi @Krika ,

please create macro and widget then macro will work on the backend or widget will work on portal.
