Hi All,
How to create a related list on incident form that should display all the knowledge articles attached to that particular incident

Hi Sohan,
Please Follow Below steps,
1).Navigate to System Definition ==> Relationships ==> Create New
2).Go to Incident form Right click ==> configure Related List
3). Add to Form
4). Finally, Under Incident Related List you can find Attached Articles to your Incident

Hi Sohan,
You need to create relationship between the incident and the knowledge table. Goto sys_m2m.list and create many to many relationship between the incident and knowledge table and then goto incident table and add related list of m2m relationship table and you can see all the relationships there.

Hi Rajashekhar,
I tried with above steps and it worked fine in my personal developer instance but I am facing issues in my client environment. While creating an incident, in the knowledge tab all the knowledge articles in the table are visible.
Please advise.
