How to create a report to display the data with respect to the years and months

Hi Team,

I have the requirement where customer wants to have the report should get displayed the data in yearly basis and also when we select the year there they can be able to select months, based on that they wanted to display the data.

Please suggest if this will be achievable in ServiceNow or any alterative solution will be much appreciated.
