How to create a user and login as well as creating a new Service Catalog?

Hi everyone! I just created a Personal Developer Instance and after configuring the app , how do I create a user in my instance and login as it? I have tried copy and pasting my instance link but it keeps bringing back to the App Engine site. Also, where can I create my own service catalog form? Can anyone here tell me the steps or point me the documentation for it? This is my first time using ServiceNow and it has been quite confusing so far. Would appreciate any help! Thanks
